Enterprise Technology Services has established a pool of loaner equipment that can be used to temporarily replace failing UVM owned hardware in response to COVID-19 and the shift to working remotely.
This is a limited resource, please contact your departmental IT unit to inquire about loaner equipment first. If your IT unit does not have loaner equipment available please submit a help ticket and ETS will verify if any loaner equipment is available, and arrange for pickup if possible.
The Zero Client loaner kit includes the following items:
- Monitor (if you don’t have a compatible monitor at home):
- Zero Client – Wyse/Dell p25
- power cord/adapter
- USB mouse
- USB keyboard
- 25′ Ethernet cable (wireless is NOT supported, you will need to connect the Zero client to your router via Ethernet)
