Zero Client Loaners

Enterprise Technology Services has established a pool of loaner equipment that can be used to temporarily replace failing UVM owned hardware in response to COVID-19 and the shift to working remotely.

This is a limited resource, please contact your departmental IT unit to inquire about loaner equipment first. If your IT unit does not have loaner equipment available please submit a help ticket and ETS will verify if any loaner equipment is available, and arrange for pickup if possible.

You will need to connect your Zero Client via Ethernet (wifi is not built in)

The Zero Client loaner kit includes the following items:

  • Monitor (if you don’t have a compatible monitor at home):
  • Zero Client – Wyse/Dell p25
  • power cord/adapter
  • USB mouse
  • USB keyboard
  • 25′ Ethernet cable (wireless is NOT supported, you will need to connect the Zero client to your router via Ethernet)
