    2. Click on the\u00a0“Pay your acceptance fee<\/strong>” link located under “AVAILABLE ACTIONS”.

      NetID Activation and email access<\/h2>\n \t\t

      Activate your UVM NetID<\/h3><\/div>\r\n \t\t\t
      \r\n \t\t\t\t
      \r\n \t\t\t\t\t

      If you have not already done so, you will need to activate your\u00a0UVM Network ID<\/a>. This NetID will be used to access many UVM services. To active your NetID, follow the process outlined below.<\/p>\n

      1. Visit\u00a0https:\/\/go.uvm.edu\/appstatus<\/a> and sign in with your email address and password.\"UVM<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Copy or note your Student ID number<\/a> (also known as a 95 number). Your UVM NetID will be displayed to the right of your Student ID number. To activate your NetID account, click the “ACTIVATE YOUR NETID<\/a>” link.

      3. Enter your Student ID# (95 number)<\/strong>, then select your date of birth<\/strong>\u00a0from the drop-down menu. Then click “Continue”.

      4. Create your NetID password, then click “Change password<\/strong>“.\"NetID<\/a><\/li>\n
      5. You should now have successfully set up your UVM NetID!\"Password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \n \t\t\t\t\tYour NetID will appear in the orange colored box<\/strong> below. Make note of your NetID, as you will need it to log into many UVM services going forward. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        \n \t\t\t\t\tNEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD!<\/strong>\u00a0Your password is used to sign up for classes, log into email, and for many other services. Only you should have access to your account. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        \n \t\t\t\t\tThis guide assumes that you’ve already Activated your UVM NetID<\/strong>. If you haven’t already activated your NetID, please follow the activation steps above before proceeding. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        You can access your UVM Email using Outlook Online<\/a>. Simply log in using your NetID and the password you created when activating your NetID account.<\/p>\n

        \n \t\t\t\t\tOrientation is required for all incoming students, and you do not need to register or rsvp. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        \n \t\t<\/p>\n

        In the months between paying your acceptance fee and the beginning of your first semester at UVM, you should receive several emails containing information on Orientation.<\/p>\n

        These will be sent to both your personal email address and your UVM address once it is created.\u00a0 If you need to change your personal email address on file, please contact the Tech Team<\/a>.<\/p>\n
