This file contains data from the survey so that you can query, sort, and evaluate the data without being connected to the learning management system. You must set up survey reports from the <strong>Reports Setup<\/strong> tab for the appropriate survey before you can view or export reports.<\/p>\n<p>To download survey data, create a report and then view the results.<\/p>\n<h3>First, create a report<\/h3>\n<p>To create a report for a survey, go to <strong>Course Admin<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Surveys<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Edit<\/strong> survey &gt;\u00a0On the\u00a0Reports Setup\u00a0tab, click\u00a0A<strong>dd Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Enter a<em><strong>\u00a0Report Name<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a\u00a0<em><strong>Report Type<\/strong><\/em>:\n<ul>\n<li>Summary Report:\u00a0You can display aggregate data for multiple choice, true and false, Likert, multi-select, and matching question types. You can also display text responses for written response, short answer, and fill in the blanks question types.<\/li>\n<li>Individual Attempts:\u00a0This report displays each attempt individually.
