You need to do this even if you are the only presenter.<\/li>\n<li>Click the copy icon (<strong><i class=\"far fa-copy \" ><\/i><\/strong>) to copy the registration link to your clipboard. They fill it out and submit it to receive the link to join the webinar. You can decrease the event capacity, add additional fields to the registration form, choose a theme, and more.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\"><h3>Edit the registration form<\/h3><\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>If you have already sent the event invite, double-click the webinar from your Teams Calendar. If you still have the Event Setup Details open, skip to <em>Step 2<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Expand <strong>Registration<\/strong> from the sidebar and select <strong>Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Decrease the <strong>Capacity<\/strong> to limit the number of attendees.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add field<\/strong> to add additional fields for the registrants to fill out.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong><i class=\"far fa-save \" ><\/i> Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/ht-toggle-content -->\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\"><h3>Choose a Theme<\/h3><\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>If you have already sent the event invite, double-click the webinar from your Teams Calendar. If you still have the Event Setup Details open, skip to <em>Step 2<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Expand <strong>Setup<\/strong> from the sidebar and select <strong>Theming<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ocpUI\">Click <strong>Change<\/strong><\/span><strong> image<\/strong> to change the <strong>Banner image<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<b class=\"ocpUI\">Choose another image<\/b>, locate and select the image you want to use, click <strong>Open<\/strong>, and then\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Do the same for <strong>Logo<\/strong> and <strong>Theme color<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong><i class=\"fas fa-check-circle \" ><\/i> Changes saved<\/strong> message should appear in the bottom-right corner of the window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/ht-toggle-content -->\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\"><h3>Choose additional fields<\/h3><\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<p>The form that attendees will complete includes three required fields: First name, Last name, and Email.
