  1. Go to qualtrics.uvm.edu<\/a>\n
    \n

    \n \t\t\t\t\t You must log in to Qualtrics from the UVM URL, qualtrics.uvm.edu<\/a>, rather than the main Qualtrics site. UVM credentials will not work if accessed using the non-UVM URL.\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    \n \t\t<\/li>\n

  2. Log in with your UVM NetID and password, then Duo Multi-Factor Authentication.
    \nIf you do not have MFA set up, see the     Duo Multi-Factor Authentication guide<\/a> to enroll a device.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Click Create a project<\/strong> (or +<\/strong> in the same location in smaller browser windows).

  4. Click Survey<\/strong>.

  5. Click Get Started<\/strong>.

    Require UVM Authentication for Survey Takers<\/h3><\/div>\r\n \t\t\t

    You may find it necessary to require UVM NetID authentication for survey takers, the steps below will guide you through the process of adding authentication as a requirement.<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to https:\/\/qualtrics.uvm.edu<\/a> and select an existing survey, or choose to create a new survey.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the\u00a0Survey Flow<\/strong> icon, then click the\u00a0Add a New Element Here<\/strong> link.

    3. Click the\u00a0Authenticator\u00a0<\/strong>button.

      \nIt is important that the newly created\u00a0Authenticator\u00a0<\/strong>block is at the top of the Survey Flow. If needed, Move <\/strong>the block to the top of the Survey Flow.\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
