You can play your recorded name or change it using the box below.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alternate Names<\/strong>: An alternate first name and last name, should you need them<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone Numbers<\/strong>: This section lists your primary extension, alongside any alternate contact numbers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Directory Listing<\/strong>: When users call into the PCA, they can search for people by name. You can also opt to use the System Default Greeting, or nothing at all.<\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0<strong>Callers See<\/strong> section, you can turn on or off you Personal Recording, and optionally, remove the prompt that instructs callers on when to start leaving their message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong> to confirm any changes you made to these settings.<\/p>\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/ht-toggle-content -->\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  id=\"notificationDevices\"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\"><h3>Notification Devices<\/h3><\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>The PCA system can notify you of new voicemail messages to devices other than your desk phone. You can also compose new voice messages, and play, reply to, forward, or delete voice messages you have received.<\/p>\n<p>Use your NetID and password to log into the Cisco Web Inbox at <a href=\"http:\/\/go.uvm.edu\/ciscoinbox\">go.uvm.edu\/ciscoinbox<\/a>. You may also access the Web Inbox through the <a href=\"http:\/\/go.uvm.edu\/ciscopca\">Cisco PCA home page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When someone leaves you a voicemail, a\u00a0<em>message waiting<\/em> indicator light will be lit on your desk phone, and, by default, you will receive a copy of that voicemail in your UVM email inbox in <a href=\"http:\/\/outlook.cloud.microsoft\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outlook Online<\/a>.
