After this initial login, NetID credentials are cached locally on the computer. This local credential cache allows users to log in to CAMPUS domain joined machines when off-campus, or when an internet connection is not available.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Is your new NetID password not working on your UVM computer?<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tIf you recently changed your NetID password, but your CAMPUS domain-joined Windows computer is still using your old password, you may need to clear the local credential cache.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h2>How to Clear Domain Credential Cache<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the CAMPUS domain-joined computer with your NetID credentials (this may require your <strong>old<\/strong> NetID password)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure your computer has a valid UVM Network Connection:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UVM Wireless<\/strong>: Connect to the UVM wireless network.
