UVM or UVM Medical Center ID

The following section regarding IDs is important as it allows us to track your education efforts. If you have two IDs, one for UVM and one for UVM Medical Center, we require both numbers to uniquely identify you.

IF YOU HAVE BOTH (as frequently occurs in the College of Medicine), IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ENTER BOTH NUMBERS ON THIS PAGE.

Enter your UVM network ID. This is the same ID as your UVM e-mail login. It typically looks like "jadams" or “bfrankli”. If you are unsure, your UVM net ID can be located in the UVM web directory.

UVM Medical Center User ID

Enter your UVM Medical Center User ID. This is often referred to as the UVM Medical Center “m” number as it frequently starts with an “m” (the other common letters are g, s, u, and p). If you are unsure of your number, contact the UVM Medical Center helpdesk at (802) 847-1414.
