The Division of Human Resources, Diversity and Multicultural Affairs (HRDMA) recognizes that the people who form our UVM community are our most valuable resource. The Office of the Vice President, led by Dr. Wanda Heading-Grant, supervises all Human Resources Services and Operations, and Diversity, Engagement and Professional Development departments and units, and actively supports the President's Commission on Inclusive Excellence.
