Program Manager

Aimee Germain has served as an academic administrator for over twenty years in a variety of institutional contexts. Just before joining UVM, Aimee was Program Manager for the Central New York Humanities Corridor. Her experience in university and non-profit administration spans student services, event planning, budget management, admissions, financial aid, alumni relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in many contexts, including Syracuse University, Hamilton College, and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

In her role as Program Manager at the Gund Institute for Environment, she works collaboratively with the leadership team to provide strategic direction for the Institute, manage the annual and long-term budget, coordinate programming, and represent the Institute to both internal and external partners.

A Michigan native who was an opportunity program alumna and first-generation college student, Aimee received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
