The Office of Operational Excellence (OOE) carries out a diverse set of responsibilities with the goals of improving the University's financial processes and supporting the people who use them.

We provide project management, change management, business analysis, internal and external communications, and training support to users of UVM’s financial management information, systems, and processes.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to improving the organizational effectiveness of UVM’s Division of Finance and the operational efficiency of the enterprise-wide financial services it provides.
