Instructions for the 200m2 and 4m2 surveys are given in TB153_chapter3.5.pdf.
The 25m2 survey was added later as a better measure of regeneration in harvest
gaps and uses a different location coding; intructions for that are given in 
Reg25m2.instruct.pdf.  Maps for all plots are given in 
HRFregenplots_locationandlayout.pdf
