Chapter 3.6 of the HRF manual is included here for a description of the height
measurement methods, but that chapter is about measurements taken only in 
the S10 lines while this data is from the entire research area, recorded 
during the initial Timber Inventory.  Heights were estimated for every tenth 
tree recorded and measured (with a Suunto clinometer) for every fortieth tree. 
Unfortunately crown position was not recorded.
