        • dataset_eml_methoddescription: Sixteen 10X10 meter plots were subjectively established based on aerial photos and field reconnaissance on the ridgeline of Mount Mansfield. Within each plot, 10 randomly selected 1X1 meter subplots were sampled for % cover and frequency for each identifiable plant species, using the Braun-blanquet cover class scale. Other variables were collected, and plots were GPS'd.
