The Hilton Garden Inn is a 135-room, 5-story hotel which totals approximately 90,023 gross square feet with a project site of approximately 2.3 acres. The building fulfills a need for hotel and conference center facilities established by the New York State Legislature in 1986, Chapter 830 (amended in 1989 by Chapter 200).
