Text4HealthVT (T4HVT) is a text-messaging program of the University of Vermont Extension’s SNAP-Education grant. The goal of T4HVT is to provide families with information, resources and support to stay engaged in a healthy lifestyle.

Families who sign up for T4HVT will receive, on average, 2 text messages each week with ideas to stay active, nutrition tips, easy, low-cost recipes, support with goal setting, and so much more. T4HVT provides information and motivation that fits into families’ busy schedules.

T4HVT is aligned with nutrition education supports you or your children may be receiving through school, work or another program, like EFNEP’s Eat Smart Move More distance learning series. T4HVT is provided at no cost to participants. If text message rates apply to cellular plans, an email option is available.

Enroll in T4HVT to receive weekly:
• Support in reaching your personal goals
• Fitness tips to help you move more
• Recipes and nutrition guidance
• Ideas for fun ways to be active
