  • Pasture Walk at Rebop Farm, with the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship Program
    11:00am - 2:00pm
Rebop Farm, 1320 Sunset Lake Rd. Brattleboro, VT 05301

    Cost: Free with lunch provided

Ashlyn Bristle manages the multi-species grazing systems at Rebop Farm. Species are “stacked,” intensively grazing Jersey dairy cows, heifers and calves, their flock of Katahdin sheep, and pasturing meat chickens, all with the goal of increasing SOM (soil organic matter), overall soil fertility and vigorous pasture growth, and to give excellent nutrition to their animals. Rebop Farm added a new Farm Store a few years back where they and sell their own farm’s products (beef, pork, chicken, honey, maple syrup and more) and eggs, produce, and many other items produced on other farms and from local businesses.
