Rhonda True joined NWCS in September 2012 as the Financial Assistant.  Rhonda is key in monitoring the finances for our program grants, as well as assisting UVM Extension with income and expense accounts. Rhonda has successfully completed her Bachelor's Degree while working with NWCS.
