Keith Schneider received his Public Health Master’s degree from the University of South Florida and his PhD from the University of Florida’s Food Science and Human Nutrition Department. His work specializes in food microbiology, with a specific focus on produce safety. In addition to his research and teaching duties at the University of Florida, he conducts extension outreach, generating educational materials and conducting food safety training workshops.
