COVID-19 is changing the way the food industry interacts with and produces food. As we each look to control the spread and impact of COVID-19 and ensure that a safe and robust food supply is maintained for the public, there are many questions around the risks associated with food production and risks posed to food industry employees. This website provides useful links to expert resources to help the food industry address their specific questions on COVID-19. It also includes a section with frequently asked questions and has resources you can download including a food facility COVID-19 strategy checklist, a list of frequently touched surfaces in a food facility, and SOPs for what to do if someone tests positive for COVID-19 in a food facility and how to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
