This tool is for determining whether growers need to comply with the Produce Rule of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and by what date they would need to comply. This interactive flowchart will direct growers to appropriate resources, regardless of whether they are required to comply with Federal regulations. The tool also includes information about the Massachusetts voluntary 3rd-party audit program, Commonwealth Quality. This certification is only available in Massachusetts.
