Eating What We Grow is a publication designed to help you select, store, prepare, and enjoy the abundance of produce grown locally in Vermont. The resource includes general information and specifics about fruits and vegetables, nutritional information, and recipes. By purchasing Vermont-grown produce, we can all contribute to the future success of Vermont agriculture.

Recipes in the guide represent a variety of fruits and vegetables, are simple to prepare and aim to keep total fat, saturated fat and sodium (salt) content down, as well as the cost of ingredients. We hope that you will be inspired to try a new fruit or vegetable, and find some new favorites!
