This simple module will allow you to forecast annual production yield. In addition to entering the number of taps and yield per tap (in gallons or pounds), you will have the option to account for syrup lost to "shrink" (loss of usable product after initial production).
After completing the module, you will be given a report with analysis to review. You can download the report or quickly enter new values for side-by-side comparison.
