Description: 12:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Description: Windsor Family Court, 82 Railroad Rd, White River Jct VT 05001. $75 class fee. Becoming an Outdoor Family

Time: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Groton
Description: Family educational camping weekend hosted by UVM Extension and the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources' Departments of Fish & Wildlife, and Forests, Parks & Recreation. Hands-on basic outdoor skills and learning experiences for the entire family including classes in canoeing, kayaking, camping skills, outdoor cooking, nature photography, 4-H shooting sports, and much more. Classes and campsites are on a first-come, first-served basis.

3-day event begins May 29 at 3 p.m., ends May 31 at 12 noon at Stillwater State Park, Groton State Forest, Groton.
