3 Steps to Planning Your Event at UVM
1. Send a Request
Complete our request form to provide our team with some details about your event. Our team will review and respond with a proposal outlining the facilities and services required to make your event a success.
2. Solidify Your Vision
Next, we'll work with you to clarify your vision and determine exactly which facilities and services you need. Depending on the nature of your event, we may set up a phone call or invite you to campus to tour our spaces in person.
3. Contract + Coordinate
Once you approve your proposal, we'll create your contract. A dedicated event coordinator will be assigned to you who will oversee the remainder of the process.
