Burack Lecture: Documentary Theatre and the Need for Social Change - Ashley Lucas, PhD

Ashley Lucas is well known nationally and internationally for her theatre work performed in prisons. She lectures extensively on the merits of the arts in prisons and on the effects of incarceration on the family members of prisoners. Professor Lucas's Burack lecture is in conjunction with the UVM Department of Theatre production of "The Exonerated" - true stories of six wrongfully convicted survivors of death row.
