Join community herbalist and UVM faculty member, Katherine Elmer, for a tour of medicinal plants in the gardens and green spaces of Spoonful Herbal's main teaching garden at Rock Point in Burlington. Introduction to plant identification field skills and culinary/plant medicine making tips included. Provide own transportation to Rock Point Gardens, 20 Rock Point Road, Burlington.
