This workshop will cover the basics of how Google Analytics works, what data it collects, how to access and share data through reports, and some basic ways that you can use that data to improve and perfect your web content. We’ll go over writing best practices to make your message as clear as possible; how to organize your content to prepare it for web page templates; and strategies for using style elements like headers, accordions, etc. to guide the visitor through your content.

An in-depth look at creating UVM news stories to make the biggest impact. We’ll go over all the features including how and when to use each. We’ll also cover tips for sharing stories across departments and via email and social media, as well as tricks for using related content to increase engagement.
