Strategic Enrollment Management Initiatives Director

Jessie Donavan began work at The University of Vermont in 1999 as an analyst in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Jessie moved into her current position in 2005 serving as the senior analyst for the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

She earned her Bachelors in Economics from Middlebury College and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to working at UVM she worked as an analyst for Analysis Group Economics in Cambridge, MA and as the head analyst for Adventurous Traveler.

In her spare time, Jessie competes as a professional triathlete in the Ironman distance races. She has had the opportunity to race all over the world and is a 3 time Ironman Champion. Jessie resides in Shelburne, VT with her husband and three children.

Areas of Expertise and/or Research

The Strategic Enrollment Management Initiatives Director is responsible for all undergraduate admissions and financial aid reporting and provides analytical support for data informed decision making. They are responsible for the development of the admissions enrollment model and the financial aid, scholarship projection and net tuition revenue models which are of critical importance to the University's mission to enroll and retain high caliber students. The Strategic EM Initiatives Director utilizes available data sources to develop exploratory and confirmatory data analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making for the division of Enrollment Management.
