Your sweet tooth is calling. The UVM Dairy Bar serves up delicious helpings of ice cream, shakes, and smoothies throughout the school year. Fabulous ice cream flavors range from from Proctor Maple Cream (made with maple syrup from UVM’s own Proctor Maple Research Center) to Sweet CREAM to Catamount Tracks (think Moose Tracks...but with a UVM twist) all made with milk from UVM's CREAM program.
The Dairy Bar also serves up juice and fruit smoothies — made with organic fruit.

Did You Know?
The current UVM Dairy Bar (which opened in 2017) is carrying on the legacy of it's predecessor — the original UVM Dairy Bar in Carrigan Hall, which opened in 1950 and closed in 2006 to make way for the construction of the Davis Center. Bar stools from the original Dairy Bar can be found memorialized down the hall on the Chikago Landing.
