If you have questions or need assistance completing this form, please contact University Event Services at (802) 656-5665.

All ceremonies at the University of Vermont's 221st Commencement are physically accessible and include use of CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) at all venues. Additional accommodations, including interpreting services, are available upon request by completing the form below.

Because of our ticketing and seating practices we are able to assure seating accessibility for all of our guests. There is no need to reserve specific accessible seating for any guests. Speak to an usher when you arrive to the venue for assistance in getting to your seat(s).

Guests seeking tickets to any ticketed ceremony must connect directly with their degree candidate; only degree candidates are able to reserve tickets.

Completing this form is not a substitute for acquiring a ticket from your degree candidate for ceremonies requiring tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: Should the College of Arts and Sciences Ceremony be moved indoors, tickets will be required.

NOTE: All fields with * are required.

(Date: May 22, Time: 8:20 AM - 11:00 AM, Location: University Green. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony on the University Green will be cancelled, but a modified commencement program will be livestreamed.)

If you would prefer to receive via regular mail, please fill in your mailing address above and make a note in the Additional Information section at the end of this form. Note: requests for receipt via regular mail must be submitted by noon on Friday, May 13th in order for processing and mailing time.
Accessible Parking Requests
Note: This form is for a single vehicle. If multiple parking passes are required, please complete a separate form for each request.
Note: These spaces do not meet ADA standards; however, they are offered as an alternative to allow guests with limited mobility or disability related needs parking in close proximity to their venue.
ADA Accommodation Requests
Please consider your mobility needs for the day. Ceremonies and receptions are generally a short walk or shuttle bus ride apart. UVM will have a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport individuals at each ceremony venue between the venue's main entrance and their seat. Please note, guests will not be able to remain in the transport wheelchair during the ceremony because UVM is unable to provide a wheelchair for all-day use. For assistance with a wheelchair at the end of the ceremony, please locate an usher wearing a yellow vest.

If a wheelchair is needed for the full day, we recommend checking with local area vendors for availability.
