Ceremony

Location: Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, 153 Main Street, Burlington
Date: Sunday, May 19, 2019
Start Time: 3:30 p.m.
End Time: 5:00 p.m.
Tickets: Yes, Tickets are required regardless of weather. Degree candidates will be able to reserve up to 4 tickets. See Tickets for more information.
Doors Open: 2:30 p.m.
Line-up Location: Backstage at the Flynn Center, enter through the alley off Church Street. Students should avoid bringing personal belongings to the line-up as there is limited space back stage and CEMS will not be responsible for any loss.
Line-up Time: 2:45 p.m.
Regalia: Students and faculty should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia (there is limited space back stage at the Flynn Center for peronal belongings).

Shuttle Buses: A dedicated shuttle will run between the Flynn Center, Hilton Burlington Hotel, and Allen House (or Patrick Gym, rain venue for the main ceremony). Buses will run every 10 minutes.
Diplomas: Diplomas will be awarded at the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office. After Sunday, May 19, diplomas may be picked up at the Student Service Center located on the 3rd floor of the Waterman Building during the following times: Monday, May 20, 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday - Friday, May 21 - 24, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Remaining diplomas will be mailed during the week of May 27.
