Clinical Instructor

Robin K. Collier has been involved in clinical simulation since 2008 when she started working as a standardized patient. She is a former director of the University of Washington School of Nursing Simulation Center in Seattle and was an active member of the planning committee and fund raising for the design, remodel,expansion and building of the new simulation center for the University of Washington School of Nursing, which opened in August 2017. Robin's clinical background is in medical-surgical and emergency nursing, and nursing education. She received her M.S. as a clinical nurse specialist in adult health from Pennsylvania State University in 2015. She is a Master Trainer for Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) and a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE).
