Clinical Instructor

Lili Martin joined the University of Vermont in 2018 as full-time faculty after teaching for three years at Norwich University School of Nursing. Lili has nursing experience in adult cardiothoracic, vascular, and medical-surgical nursing and pediatric and adult post-anesthesia care at the University of Vermont Medical Center and Central Vermont Medical Center. She has provided volunteer nursing care internationally in Rwanda and Morocco. Lili has taught courses in pathopharmacology, pediatric nursing, medical-surgical nursing, health assessment, and health promotion and is passionate about integrating active learning techniques into the classroom and facilitating learning in the simulation lab. She enjoys mentoring students on their journey to become nurses by helping them to pursue their individual nursing goals. When she is away from work she enjoys running, biking, hiking and camping with her family.
