Emily Glassman has a passion for critical care and has served as a bedside nurse in the medical intensive care unit of the University of Vermont Medical Center for the past six years. She is a certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and an experienced member of the critical access support team, which responds to emergency patient scenarios across the hospital. Emily instructs nursing students in a variety of clinical specialities, including cardiac/telemetry, neurology, and orthopedic surgery. She has presented research on the importance of mentorship in nursing at both regional and national nursing conferences. As a clinical instructor, Emily combines her dedication to patient care with her love of teaching.
