Free Yoga Series

Kristen Mackie, Exercise Science '19, will lead an eight-week yoga series beginning Tuesday, February 6 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in 032 Rowell.

Core Strength Class in Rowell

Join your co-workers in Rowell 032 for a Core Strength and Flexibility session using stability balls, resistance tubing and weights on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon. Instructor Janet Franz is a CNHS communications specialist and certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer. The class helps relieve back stiffness, improves mobility and increases functional strength. Participants do not need to wear shoes, but please bring a mat or large towel for floor work.
