Senior Lecturer, Nuclear Medicine Technology Program Director

Kenneth Allen joined the UVM faculty in the fall of 2009. He comes to UVM from South San Francisco Medical Center, where he was the assistant director for diagnostic imaging. Prior to this Ken worked as the program director for nuclear medicine technology at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has more than ten years of experience in clinical nuclear medicine technology and positron emission tomography. His primary area of teaching interest is in nuclear cardiology, and he has specialty certification as a nuclear cardiology technologist.
