Clinical
Through rigorous institutional evaluation and needs assessments, including staff and practitioner surveys, UVM Integrative Health strives to bring integrative therapies to the outpatient and inpatient arenas and to help address the growing demand for integrative health in the region.
Research
Integrative Health research at UVM investigates clinical and educational outcomes. Recent studies explore The UVM Cancer Center and the Larner College of Medicine have a deep interest in supporting more Integrative Health research. Our research team is collecting data on the effectiveness of group health and wellness coaching for UVM and UVM Medical Center employees and the health economics of this preventive care model.
