Senior Lecturer

Cindy Leonard holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in Early Childhood Development and a Masters Degree from UVM in Reading and Language Arts. She has fourteen years of teaching experience in K -2 classrooms and is currently a Senior Lecturer in undergraduate Elementary Education Program, teaching Sophomore Block, Literacy and Classroom Management classes, as well as supervising senior practicum students.

Leonard also co-coordinates the Elementary Education Program and works as a certified trainer in the Responsive Classroom approach for the Northeast Foundation for Children.
