Our Master's Degree in Educational Leadership cultivates innovative leaders who can build and strengthen communities in a variety of educational and social service settings. You will learn to think and act creatively, responsibly, and effectively in leadership roles that make positive difference in the lives of children, youth, adults, families, and communities.

You will learn to:

  • understand alternative perspectives on leadership that support the development of more just, humane, and diverse organizations.
  • construct effective ways to demonstrate caring and collaborative leadership.
  • create networks which support leadership and change.
  • The meaning of advanced study

Application Includes

  • a statement of purpose,
  • three letters of reference, and
  • copies of all official transcripts. 

Deadline for Fall semester is April 1st, and November 15 for Spring semester.
