Family Resources Consultant (Vermont I-Team; Vermont I-Team Early Intervention)

Tammy is a Central Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and I-Team Early Intervention Projects. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont. She has been a volunteer coach and mentor for the Special Olympics Vermont Chittenden program for the past 10 years. She brings more than 20 years of experience navigating medical, school and social service systems to her job of supporting families.
