ASL/Bilingual Education Consultant (CDCI CARES Team)

With over a decade of experience in various educational settings, Sarah Kinor now serves as an ASL/Bilingual Education Consultant. In this role, she supports deaf and hard-of-hearing students across the state of Vermont, their families and their school teams.
