Family Resources Consultant, Vermont I-Team

Jolene is the Northwest Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and the Vermont Sensory Access Project. She has 23 years experience parenting a daughter who had deafblindness and high tech medical needs. Jolene has experience navigating medical systems and is well versed in recruiting, training, and supervising home care staff. This experience is a valuable asset to share with other families whose children need intensive health care supports provided in school or at home. Jolene assists and encourages families to explore resources that will improve both the student's and family's quality of life.
