Barbara is a Deafblindness Consultant for the Vermont I-Team. She holds both a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Master of Education in Deafblind Education. Barbara has previously worked as an American Sign Language teacher and has extensive experience as a Communication Consultant.
