Whether you are a researcher, a clinician, a family member, or a person with autism/autistic adult, all stakeholders from the autism community are welcome to apply to become members. 

How to apply

If you are interested, send a short email describing your interest related to autism research and advancing autism services in Vermont. The committee will review new applications and vote to select new members at its next meeting when positions are opened.

Commitment

Steering committee members contribute by engaging in research, quality improvement, training, teaching and/or advocacy activities that support the mission and vision of the Collaborative.

During meetings, members follow the meeting rules for efficient and effective communication and collaboration through supportive and respectful interactions. When taking responsibility for action items, members complete their tasks diligently, in a timely manner.

Members regularly attend meetings held every other month.
