UVM’s Transportation Research Center presents a talk, by Marc-André Tessier and Tan Minh Phan of the Ministère des Transports du Québec, exploring travel demand and emissions modeling.

Marc-André Tessier is a Transportation Modeling Engineer at the Ministère des Transports du Québec. He has a bachelor and a master degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. He has more than 5 years of experience in road congestion indicators, traffic data analysis and transportation modeling.

Tan Minh Phan is a Transportation Modeling Engineer at the Ministère des Transports du Québec since 2010. He is participating in the development and execution of on-road transportation and pollutant emissions models. He has a background of Building and Civil Engineering through his studies at Concordia University and Polytechnique Montréal.
