Senior Lecturer, Sculpture, Drawing

Shelley Warren was born in the Bronx, New York. She received an MFA in Sculpture from Yale School of Art and a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, New York. Warren is a recipient of New Jersey Council of the Arts Grant, Art Matters Foundation Grant, Rutgers University Center for Innovative Printmaking Fellowship and a residency at Yaddo. Her multimedia installations, sculptures and videos have been exhibited nationally and are in private and public collections including the Lannan Foundation. Most recently Warren's work was featured on Maryland Public Television, ArtWorks. Warren is a Lecturer at the University of Vermont in Sculpture and Drawing. She has been a Visiting Artist or Juror at The Smithsonian American Museum Luce Center, Parsons The New School of Design, Harvard University School of Design, Barnard and Columbia University Architecture Department, Yale School of Architecture, Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and Norwich University School of Architecture.
