Campus master planning, including development and implementation of land use planning policies;
Land use regulatory processes, including assessment and advocacy with local and regional regulatory agencies as zoning ordinances are revised, and all municipal zoning and state land use permit application and compliance;
Real estate management, including lease development and management, sale and acquisition of property, and maintaining leases, deeds, and permits;
Space management planning, including development and implementation of policies and guidelines to maximize the use of existing facilities, future uses and needs of new facilities;
City/institutional relations, as related to land use and regulatory functions above.
