Brian Lowe is the Lecturer for CDAE 295/PA 395 Urban Policy, Politics, and Practical Leadership: An American City in the 21st Century. He currently serves as the Interim Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Burlington, VT after three years as the Mayor’s Chief of Staff. Previously, he worked at the Department of the Treasury and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He is a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
