BOARD MEMBER

Jim Keller is President of Green Mountain Business Consultants, a consulting business solving a diversity of issues for small and medium size enterprises. Additionally he is Managing Partner of Barons winery in Woodinville, WA.

In January of 2008, Keller retired from Weyerhaeuser Company after a 33-year career. Keller's last position was Senior Vice President, Containerboard Packaging and Recycling. He managed the Containerboard Packaging and Recycling businesses for Weyerhaeuser from 1996 to April 2007.

Keller joined Weyerhaeuser in 1974 as an investment analyst and through his career held various positions in Land and Timber, Newsprint, Bleached Paperboard, Containerboard and Packaging.

Other past affiliations include: Chairman of the Board, The Newark Group, a diversified international recovered paper manufacturer and converter. He has been an advisor to Rengo LTD. of Japan and the Managing Director of Rengo Packaging Inc. a full service packaging company in Hawaii.

In 1972 Keller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont. In 1974 he received a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
His past industry activities include:

• Chairman and Board Member, AF&PA Containerboard Committee
• Chairman and Board Member, Fibre Box Association
• Co-chair, Corrugated Packaging Alliance
• President and Board Member International Corrugated Case Association
• Board Member, International Corrugated Packaging Foundation

He has been a past co-chairman of the board of advisors for the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business and held various leadership positions on the University of Vermont Foundation and the Foundation Board.
